I may have missed some.

-While Vocaloid is technically a software and not an anime series, I decided to include it since the mascots themselves are drawn in anime.
-Give me a break for Pokémon. It's about as close as you'll get for the Boomer.
-Common Infected is not replaced at all. I just wanted to avoid any confusion.
-Everything here is intended to keep the game playable.
-Most anime music is heavily copyrighted. If there is any sound mod on here that causes problems with services like YouTube or Twitch, I'll do my best to find a replacement.

What's In Here
  • All Survivors replaced with anime characters from various series. We got Megumin, Jotaro, Satania; what more could you ask for?
  • All Special Infected replaced with something anime-related, including the bosses. Well at least they'll stand out more.
  • Throwables are rather throwable anime.
  • Pills is milk.
  • Adrenaline is still a shot, but a different kind of shot.
  • There are several UI changes; of course they are all anime.
  • Different alert sounds for Special Infected.
  • Tank throws a girl.
  • Every tier weapon is anime-skinned. Most of the skins here though are different than the ones used in my main mod pack.
  • Melee weapons replaced with some anime weapon or anime texture.
  • Rem on your flashlight. It's not as distracting as it sounds.
  • Miku is the medkit. Rip.
  • Unique "music" should you actually fail your game.
  • Different Tank music.
  • Different music for the Concert, as well as for the Tank's other 2 tracks.
  • Concert poster replacements.
  • All main menu music replaced.
  • Different pistol sounds.
  • DIfferent shoving sounds.
  • Anime Jukebox.
  • Ammo pack replacement.
  • Ammo stash replacements.
  • Cabinet replacement.
  • Helicopter replacements.
  • Gas can replacements.
  • Fireworks replacements.
  • Jimmy Gibbs car replacement.
  • Vending machines, bus, posters, bus stop ads, computer screens, tv screens, paintings, and doors are all just excuses to add more anime. Really I don't know why you would stop to look at any of these objects anyway.
