Skip Intro Logos - Updated

When subscribed to both of Carlmundo's Skip Intro Logos Warhammer 1 and 2 mods at the same time, CA's mod launcher gets confused with their file names and was disabling these mods when the player switched between Warhammer 1 and 2. I've fixed this by renaming the files so that both of their names are unique. All credit goes to the original author.
