Basic training overhaul

Description
This mod offers an alternative for training.
Not an OP one as it will be slow (like real slow, the more you get an high stat), but also providing the ability to train to 100.

How ?

I use mining or throne functionnality instead of vanilla training functionnality used by dummies.

To build the "dummies", first get the BP (adventurer shops, waystations, libraries), cost 1000 for one skill. You can read it without a science bench (so you are free to learn and build in the wild.

Skill available :
-Toughness
-Melee attack
-Melee Defense
-Ranged weapons (crossbow skill)
-Precision
-Strength
-Dexterity
-Martial Arts
-Dodging
-Katana
-Blunt
-Sabre
-Heavy
-Hacker
-Polearm

Building cost will depend on the dummy, can be building material, fabric, steel bar or iron plates, depending on the look of the device.

Hunger rate is x3 , had first in mind to put it to 20 but it will already take you quite some time to train.

Keep in mind it will be faster to fight, but this way you have a good way to train in peace, at your own pace.

What's next ?
Specific weapon added.
Next will be states of mind in battle to use (for training, or to fight more efficiently). ADDED

I actually didn't chose them (the rates). It's just vanilla rate when you use some workstation (and not specific trainers).
For the mats i'm using vanilla models, if i make them a lil higher they will levitate everywhere else :/

Really pleased with the training rates you have chosen, I do have an issue to report though. Multiple swamp buildings (the metal ones) have issues with the mats. They seem to be placed under the floor a bit causing them to be invisible and iffy to use. Don't have a base yet, so this is happening and two of the buildings in Shark.

The altar is for crafting belt items that reduce the damage to 0 (to add on a captured bandit and your char for example, so they can train forever)

This mod is genial, yes fighting level up faster but you have to find the enemy and heal up after fight. Here I just assign people an training on downtime and rotate.

But has not figured out the altar, how does it work?
