Campaign Max Unit Cap

Description
A simple mod for Homeworld2RM campaign enabling max unit caps, as well as limiting vaygr to default unit caps.
I made this mod for two reasons:

1)I really wanted an experience closer to HW1 campaign, having ability to have fleet way largare than intended, because that seemed as big part of 1st games appeal.
2) Not a single campaign unit cap mod in Workshop seems to be working/updated.

Mod NOT thoroughly tested yet. There are no plans for HW1 campaign unit cap increase(as in that one you can cap over the limit).

Should work properly with 2.3 community patch.

I went through the mod and cannot locate the issue with the movers not being buildable. Unit cap looks set correctly.
And yes, the mod does contains modified stats for Hiigaran marine frigate.

Also affects all subsequent missions needing movers it turns out.

This mod currently causes an issue in the HW2 mission where you have to build movers, making you unable to build any and therefore unable to complete the mission.

i would like this myself for HW1RM as well, so i can build the ships i wanna; especially since in that one mission for that derelict ship with the control field tends to get you A LOT of frigates. so damned many it kinda SERIOUSLY jams your ability to build any yourself and leaves you with a really long line of captured frigates
