Pittsburgh Bungalow 1

I present to you the first entry into my Pittsburgh Bungalow residential series based on housing stock found in and around Pittsburgh, PA. This 5 bedroom and 2 bath gem comes to you from the historic district of the Mt. Lebanon suburb, and was built in 1927. Give your Cims all the modern amenities of a century ago, with such features as central heat and indoor plumbing, complete with an expansive front porch for relaxing and judging the neighbors from. All houses will be “digitally restored” to feature period appropriate materials, colors, and window styles so that they will be at home in any themed city you may be building, spanning from the era when these homes were first constructed all the way up to today. Moving forward, my assets will be heavily focused on this style, but with a few surprises along the way.

There are three lot variations included. Houses spawning on double tile wide lots will only feature the house. Triple tile wide lots will add a single car garage. Quad tile wide lots will spawn with a double garage. All are minimally decorated with props to prevent you from having to download a laundry list of extra things, and I will be trying to stick the non vanilla props here so additional housing assets in the series won’t require continued prop downloads. Get them now, and be done with it. If you haven’t downloaded my garage prop packs yet, you’ll want to go ahead and do that now too. Four color variations are included for additional variety.
