Alternative ALT+TAB Black Screen Fix

Alright, so as you may or may not know, once you minimalize and/or ALT+TAB the game and then go back to it, you'll get this not very nice blank black screen and then you can't do anything except maybe ALT+F4 the game.

Now, there's been a lot of workarounds and solutions but for me something else worked and it was so obvious that I'm not entirely sure if it works just for me or it might work for somebody else too.

What is it you may ask?

SHIFT+TAB

When you reach the black screen, simply press that magical combination of keys and Steam Overlay appears which instantly brings the game back. At least for me and two other friends.
If it does not work for you, try to have web browser window open in that Steam Overlay before you minimalize the game.

Let me please know if it worked for you too and also if it does not. I will greatly appreciate any kind of feedback.

Honestly, one thing that works really well for me is just pressing Alt+Tab again. I only get the black screen when I tab out (with Alt+Tab) and then click the GTA IV icon in the taskbar. Thanks for sharing tho!
