TTT Simple door locker + door breaking

This weapon is only available in TTT.
Can be bought by both Traitors and Detectives and can be used to lock doors and unlock them again. (Of course only your own doors) Makes doors locked with this weapon breakable. HP depends on their surfacetype (wood, metal, etc)

ttt_doorlocker_range default: 80 - Maximum range for locking doors in units.
ttt_doorlocker_unlock_refund_ammo default: 1 - Wether or not to refund ammo when unlocking a previously locked door.
ttt_doorlocker_base_health default: 100 - Base health all doors have. This is independent from surfaceprop type multipliers.
ttt_doorlocker_default_ammo default: 5 - Default ammo the door locker will spawn with.
