CFR LDH 1250

Description
Series of locomotives produced by Faur (Romania) between 1966 and 1985.
Many of these were modernized and are still in use today
It has an 1250hp engine with a maximum speed of 100km/h

Conversion started with an old Trainz model by unknown author. (Credits needed)

I'm working on lod2 and noticed that boggies and wheels are overkill (~9k tris at lod 0, and ~1k at lod 1 combined). I'm redoing them because not all the ppl have NASA grade computers :)
