I have fixed the issue (with help from @ZeekMaster 's updated noble tiles).
You should also definitely check their workshop mod version of the game (IMO it's better than mine)
I also really appreciate you putting in the card names and descriptions required for the mod to count gems and points, very kind of you.
For the curious, Tabletop Simulator's support for checking if an object entered a zone, or not had a bug in the early versions, which required counting the new item separately from the items in the zone.
One of the new updates to Tabletop Simulator fixed that, which meant my code was counting it twice.
Removed that bit and now it works as intended.
