the best RPG maker game on the steam workshop I have found so far .

Although I really didn't make it far into the game, I want to say that the hoverbike sections need to be made a lot more smooth. It kind of drove me off when I kept dying because I would press buttons to move or do other actions and would get no response. I also think that this could be compensated for if the thieves didn't bounce around like chipmunks on crack every second, or if the traffic cone and spike population could be controled a little more in the city streets.

Pretty fun romp outside your usual rpg maker stuff. Kept me hooked the whole way through. Liked the atmosphere and the cityscapes were enthralling. On the downside, control for speederbike was a little janky, and the story was mostly railroad. Good proof on concept though.

8/10 would accedently kill every biker in town again.

Looks very cool, though I'm very curious how you went about the 2D sidescrolling angle. It's something I've been wanting to do for a long time and when I do try Iit comes out sort of...meh.

Thanks! It was an interesting thing working with a more modern/cyberpunkish setting. I did enjoy it and I agree we really should have more RM games that break into other settings other than the medieval fantasy we see often.

I'd like to see more of this sort of thing!

Awesome game! I love cyberpunk and this had a great noir detective vibe too. The skill and stat system were simple and easy to get into. I absolutely love the side scroll style to the game and the original art. It created the perfect mood. The side view is great to give the game the feel of a towering city. I'd like to experiment with a side view on my own game. The sidescrolling race battle was interesting and kind of fun and it's pretty amazing that you did that on a RMaker game. But the controls were kind of clunky. I never really figured out how best to use the skills in the driving game. Even so it was a lot of fun and one of the most unique RPG maker games I've seen. We need more sci-fi and modern games. It took only about an hour and 40 minutes to play which is a nice size for a game made for a contest. Music was PERFECT. It really reminded me of Blade Runner and Cowboy Bebop and similar shows. I recommend everyone try this game.

This is not only pretty ambitious to do a sidescrolling game with this software and action sequences, but also pretty amazing. And pretty to look at. The sound and music too. Only thing that bothers me is the lack of animation, the walk cycle of the heroine and the opening scene (just one still image and text). I'm fond of the cyber punk setting, too. At first the font irritated me. It's fitting with the overall design, though. You can tell that some one really took the time to give everything a thought and lots of work to accomplish that.
