The spell of the god's of Tamriel

Description
This spell was gifted to the dragon born for being a good follower in the voice and killing Alduin.( it is located in high hrothgar). And sorry to say but this is my first Skyrim mod so please if any one finds any problems or needs help or anyy sugestions please do.

Nimue ok thanx for the support as well :) just right click on skyrim go to properties then go to local files and then say verify cache

Well sorry but still doesn't show up. Unsubscribed , re-subscribed started under Steam and still nothing. I experimented and loaded a different mod from workshop and it did not work either so I have some sort of problem with downloading mods from workshop. When I get that resolved I will be back. Thanks for all your time and effort.

ok Nimue come back here then subcribe properly if u have just unsubscribe and resubscribe then wait for it to downlaod via steam then launch skyrim on steam not SKSE and make sure it is ticked that shoudl help

yes I already did the tcl and found nothing. Yes I went in on left side andnothing was there

Ok Nimue did u go to high hrothgar left hand side inside on the floor it might be clipping through the floor so us ~ and tcl and fly into the floor and see if not just comment again and ill help u

It isn't there. Tried 5 times with two different characters it just does not appear. Shot the game down , got off of Steam, came back, still did not appear.
