4 Phase Traffic Light system

Description
This is a highly advanced microcontroller for the use of traffic lights with 4 phases of operation. It’s mainly intended for a basic 4 way intersection where the phases would include two exclusive left turns and two signals for going straight in either way. There are adjustable controls for each aspect of the timing of the system and it is highly versatile, being applicable in many situations.

Features and Details
There are 12 outputs for traffic signals along the 4 phases. This is 4 “red light” outputs, 4 “yellow light” outputs, and 4 “green light” outputs. They all cycle through in a loop continuously in a realistic format, as in Green -> Yellow -> Red -> Green. This is the standard used in the US and Canada. The timing on each of these can be adjusted in the property menu for the following factors:

“Time spent per phase”, which is the total amount of time it will spend with the green light on each phase, before moving on to the yellow and red signals. This cannot be adjusted between the phases and is consistent throughout. This can be adjusted between 6, and 50 seconds.
“Time spent between phases”, which is a small pause between switching phases where all lights are red. This is a feature in all signal controlled intersections for safety to make sure everyone has stopped before the next phase begins and traffic from the opposing side can flow through. This is adjustable in game as well, between no pause (0 seconds) and a 6 second pause.
“Time spent on Yellow Light”, is the amount of time the system will allot for the yellow light to illuminate when switching from green to red. It is adjustable between 1 second and 5 seconds.

The system not only outputs signals for the 12 indicators, but also has an RGB signal that can be connected to any RGB light. This operates exactly in sync with the other 4 phased outputs, but is more compact. It will display red, yellow, or green, based on the current state of the signal in the corresponding phase.

There is also a system of special display options designed for special circumstances. They are as follows:
“Flashing Yellow”, which will turn off all other lights and leave all 4 phases amber or yellow lights flashing (which signal in real life is designed to be treated as a caution/yield signal for drivers usually used late at night in lower traffic areas). This input must be using a PUSH BUTTON ONLY.
“Flashing Red”, Will shut off all other lights for all 4 phases, except flashing the red signals. (in real life supposed to be treated as a stop sign). Rare to use for conventional traffic Lights. This input must be using a PUSH BUTTON ONLY.
“Normal Function”, which will reset the display options back to the normal traffic light cycle. This input must be using PUSH BUTTON ONLY.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The “Toggle On/off” switch must be activated in order to operate any of the traffic signals. Shutting it off will deactivate the system. This feature is in place in case some people would like to remotely shut off the traffic lights to save battery or for other reasons without having to redo some logic. This input should be a TOGGLE BUTTON ONLY.
