Improved Thalmor Robes

Description
This adds 4 pieces of armor, all scaled to Dragonscale. It will work properly with all light armor perks and blacksmith vendors. For all intents and purposes, it IS dragonscale armor, just covered up with nice and pretty Thalmor robes. In order to get the matching set bonus, you'll need to use a Dragonscale helmet. The Hooded robes do not occupy the circlet slot, so you should be able to use them with your favorite circlet/mask. It is unenchanted, and ready for your... Enchantment!

To find these four epic pieces of armor, look no further than Riverwood! Right outside the front gate next to the campfire. See the screenshot for specifics. Or, simply hunt for an unassuming barrel.

For now, you'll have to add extras to your inventory via the console. I'll probably add the blacksmithing schematics in the next few days.

Open the console, then type: "help improved" This will give you the IDs for the armors. Once you do that, you'll need to type: "Player.additem xxxxxx 1" The xxxxx is the ID given to you in the previous step. The 1 indicates how many you'll get.

Enjoy! Please post with any requests.

If there are any other armor types that you'd like to be improved, just post a comment here and I'll make it! It's pretty easy and not at all time consuming.

This mod was requested by Mista Howie.

This is completely useless for roleplaying if you can't improve it (no offense) this armor doesn't protect from anything if you play at Legendary.

is it possible to mod them to actually flow at the legs instead of being strapped to them? And not have the cape with full fingered gloves

It includes both the versions with and without a hood.

does this one have a hood

Unfortunately not. I believe that would require doing a new mesh, which requires nifskope. (...I think) I once attempted to mess around with the meshes when I first was making the vampire armor, to no avail. Sorry.

sorry but would you be able to make a hood with the same texture as the one on the hooded robes but as a seperate item?

@Mista

Not yet. It takes about twice the time to make it craftable/temperable. I hammered this out really quick last night before I took a nap. I was so tired, I forgot to upload it with the barrel. (Fixed now though.)

are the robes craftable at the moment?

@MistaHowie:
The Civil war armour you requested has already been created, seemingly exactly as you wanted by another fellow. :cgrazz: Here's a link. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=21177
If that's not what you want, then I can create what you'd like if you give me specifics. Enjoy!:reusgreed:
