69 [Passive Item] [Currently AB+ Only-Ish]

Adds a new passive, stat-buffing item based on everyone's favorite funny number. Nice.

Gives the following stat increases:
+0.69 speed
+0.69 attack
+0.69 tears up
+0.69 shot speed up
+0.69 luck up
+6.9 range up
+1 red heart

Available from demon beggars, red chests, curse rooms, and greed mode curse rooms! Does not stack if Diplopia'd (sorry). Has EID functionality!

NOTE: The tears up and range up does not work on repentance yet, due to how Repentance handles those stats. I have a fix for the Tears Up, but Range Up is another story--it's currently just not working outright according to Kilburn. I'd suggest waiting for the fix to that before re-enabling this mod unless you can deal with the range not working (sorry!).
