I´ve found the official Website with an Troubleshooting and FAQ section. https://help.wallpaperengine.io/en/noshow/notplaying.html#clean-graphics-card-driver-re-installation Maybe try it.

Thats interesting. Are you downloading it from the steam app or the wallpaper engine app?

(I break the wallpaper) it did not start right only had the music working so I tryed fixing it by deleting the files and redownloading it like I do with every mod or thing from the work shop but when I tried once more nothing happens it dose not even download anymore :(
