Invasion of Tobago 1781

Description
On the 24th May 1781, Admiral De Grasse landed Marquis de Bouille on Tobago with the objective of securing the Island. This was part of the wider French campaign in the Caribbean against the British during the American Revolutionary War. The Island would be officially transferred to France from Britain by the 1783 Paris Peace agreement.

Try to just use the Infantry without the British cannons and mortar to destroy the militia reinforcements, otherwise it doesn't register mission complete.

@starclone639 Try killing the militia with just the infantry without using the cannons or Mortar and I think it should work :)

@starclone639 It worked yesterday when I tested. I'll check again, it may be a problem with using the artillery against them. Thanks for playing :)

So I killed all of the militia but the mission did not finish
