New Luigi sound pack (Louis)

The old sound pack that I had used for a while didn't really feel like someone in an apocalypse, so I used theirs as a baseline, and edited the ones I wanted. Besides, they haven't updated theirs in quite some time.

I'm aware of some of the sounds ending in a loud fuzz/scraping sound. I figured out what the problem was recently, but now the problem is tracking all the problematic files down... I'll get rid of them all eventually lol.

I used a lot of sounds from dark moon because he actually sounds scared for his life in that game, so I thought they would be perfect for the mod.

This replaces a majority of the voicelines you would usually hear in a playthrough of any map.

Goes well with the Luigi replaces Louis mod
