I've made plenty of jokes on my assets about Duisburg being a filthy and rough and rundown place. And while it's all true, that doesn't mean you can't find nice cosy dwellings there, like this one. It was build in the early 1900s and judging from the looks, I'd guess the second floor was added some time post-war.

Also, it's an ugly city. And it sucks. And I love it!

Missing "flowers2", which is not on the Workshop. I guess it works without?

Love it. It always bugged me how the game's default assets got nothing between single-family homes and big city apartment blocks.

This asset is missing something called 'flowers2'. It can't be found in workshop.
