jeppesen weather is no more available in the FSX-SE versipn, buy and downloade "Active sky' weather addon in the DLC Greats Christiaan

Active Sky Next or just make your own weather.

I personally did not like FSXWX but it is a doable free option too.

it is possible by activating the Beta branch, but I recommend FSXWX.

Either purchase Active Sky Next (Recommended) or get freeware FSrealWX 3.0.
