@Shikigami I asked the guy who write the code,it's designed to do so,since Starship girl's advantage is the technology boom in the beginning of the game.Sorry,you will need to use manual management more if you want to have a balanced budget.

作者大大，虽然国民理念已经选择了银河舰队，但是舰船外观只有巨像死星的舰船外观，其他都是和哺乳类舰船外观一样，进入游戏后舰船设计里面也只显示护卫舰和防御塔的外观模型，舰船设计里甚至没有巡洋舰战列舰的建造选项，不知道是不是bug，已单独运行过mod发现任然存在此问题，希望能得到作者大大的解惑
