Adds a wandering drifter named Afro to Drifter's Last.

I can't get him to spawn with the headband, I cut out the other two, and also made him like a normal human being with no actual backstory to the movie B)

Wow, this is amazing. I actually tried making my own Afro Samurai using the Legendary Sword Start, and usinga Scorch-Lander (Naturally....) and started play him, but I was never patient enough to train him up properly before giving up. I also had a problem without his insane Afro hairstyle. I ended up picking the spikey one. Yet, I think I did his head and body proportions right. Anyway, any chance of a Ninja Ninja. Somebody that doesn't do much except talk a lot.
