Skooma Dealers

Description
Hey this is my first mod! So, I've always wondered why skooma is so rare to come by yet so many people talk about it.That's why i made this mod, to add a few skooma dealers into the game!

Description: Adds 4 Kajiit Skooma Dealers into various locations.

Bannered Mare
Bee and Barb Basement
Wandering in Markarth
Windpeak Inn

There are no known compatibility issues or bugs.
Leave suggestions for this and other mods in th comments! Thanks.

EDIT: They only sell between the hours of 6 am to 12 midnight

Skooma dealer "Hello Nazeem, back for more skooma?" Nazeem "Hell yea!! Last night the Jarl and I went through thirty of the sixty-five that i bought last week. Skooma dealer "what happened to the other thirty-five?" Nazeem "Shit!, I used them up an hour after I bought e'm!"

but there ARE skooma dealers in the game! but for them to be in cities is cool :)

oops. . . I neglected to mention that they only sell from 6 am to 12 pm! Sorry about that. Just go back to her between those times and she will sell to you.

I found the skooma dealer in The Bannered Mare, but she won't open a merchant menu when I talk to her; she just talks. Were you intending the dealers to be merchants or just NPC's? Thanks.
