How to enable the TF2 Dev Console

We've all seen it and we all want it. The TF2 Dev Console. But Valve made it hard to find, so I'll show you how!
This is a BASIC guide, not covering commands or other advanced things like that.

Introduction
The TF2 Developer Console is a great thing. You can edit gameplay mechanics, give yourself many different conditions and lots of other things. In this guide, I will show you exactly how to access this great thing. Happy reading!
How to do it!
This is really all you need, so here we go!

First, open your Options on the pause menu.
Once you have done that, click 'Advanced' like this.

A menu will appear. Check 'enable developer console' (the second one down)

Then exit that menu with the 'OK' button.

Scroll to the bottom of the original menu and bind Toggle Developer Console to any key you like.

Now you've done that, go ahead and press that key.
Win! You've done it. Now have some cake.

Goodbye!
Before you leave, try typing this command in the console: 'addcond 64'.
