Description
The Rave Master, Haru Glory, joins the battle as a playable fighter! Haru fuses his gameplay from Rave Master: Special Attack Force with the mechanics of Rivals of Aether to create a distinct playstyle! Master Haru's Ten Commandments sword (also known as the Decaforce or Ten Powers sword) and its various forms to destroy your opponents using the power of Rave.

Haru shares several gimmicks with Celia and has all the same special inputs as her. Despite this, his moveset and playstyle are significantly different from what Celia provides.

Features:

Haru's side special is One Stroke Defying Bolt. With this move, Haru will shoot a wave of energy forward that travels along the ground. If used in the air, the wave will move through solid objects, but will deal less damage in return.

Like Celia, Haru cannot perform strong attacks and he only has three aerials. Also like Celia, he makes up for this with exclusive moves triggered with the parry button.

-Parry+Special - Vs. Dash - Dashes forward. If he hits, a special button-pressing minigame will begin. Winning this minigame will grant Haru a power-up block. Note: If you are playing on a controller, both the left and right sticks can be used to input commands.

-Parry+Down - Speed Up - Haru will transform his sword into Silfarion, greatly enhancing the speed of both his run and his standard attacks. This will also replace Haru's side special with High Speed, which allows him to zip across the stage in the blink of an eye.

-Parry+Up - Attack Up - Haru will transform his sword into the Explosion sword, enhancing the strength of his normals. This will also replace his side special with Explosion Dash, a powerful dash move that creates damaging explosions behind Haru.

-Attack+Special - Dual Explosion - When Haru's tension gauge is flashing, he can combine the powers of Blue Crimson and Explosion to create a huge explosion that deals massive damage to anyone that touches it.

If you're struggling to perform the first three, try pressing the second input during a parry.

In practice mode, you can instantly fill up your tension gauge and power-up slots by pressing special during a taunt.

In addition to his alts from Rave Master: Special Attack Force, Haru also contains alts based on Musica, Natsu Dragneel, Shiki Granbell, Roxas, and Gon. Feel free to borrow code from Haru or use him as the basis for your own characters (Just keep the credits below in mind, because I didn't make all of Haru's code myself.)

When an opponent is hit by Vs. Dash, they will use the first frame of their parry animation. However, if this ends up looking awkward on your character, you can fix it by setting these variables:

celiavsdash_customsprite will determine the sprite used. Defaults to parry if not set.
celiavsdash_customspeed will determine the animation speed. Defaults to 0.
celiavsdash_customframe will determine the starting frame for the animation. Defaults to 0.
ravevsdash_customxpos will determine how far the fighter appears when hit by Vs. Dash. Defaults to 80.
Yes, these are the same as Celia's. This way, any character who uses special values when hit with Celia's Vs. Dash will also use those values when hit by Haru's. I wasn't originally planning to make Haru when I added these features to Celia, so that's why her name is in the variable names.

This is actyally good char, but hes tooo slow, enemy can block his combo on middle of it, i think he need little speed up and circular blow on down strong, thank u for ypu job btw

could you make it you gain a block per kill to make haru and celia much more frightning to go up against because i feel like they heavily lack in their knockback game so giving them a block everytime they gain a kill will make them feel much more deadly to play and go up against

If you do another rave master character can you do Lucia? I grew up with SAF and I reall love how you put these two into Rivals ^^
