In this guide, I am going to share what I believe are the best attachments for each operator in Rainbow Six Siege!

The Basics
I should start off by saying, I am no Pro Player. My highest rank so far is Plat 2 (Void Edge), however I like to think I have quite a lot of experience in the game & a reasonable amount of game sense.

The weapon sights can be easily changed out for any that you prefer, however I think those are the best for each weapon. If you play on 4:3, Holographic could really be used on any weapon, however I think Scope 2.5x is still better to have.

Muzzle Break should be used on every DMR and pistol (apart from IQ pistol, suppressor can be good on that for being stealthy if you like to play like that.)

This guide is just my preferences, you don't need to use what I say and if you don't like it you don't need to hate on it. Just leave a comment saying what you would change :)

Anyways I hope you find this informative & enjoy!

I also should mention, on some of my weapons you might see I have a Laser equipped but I never told you to use it. With pistols I equipped Laser as I like to hip-fire with them a lot. It's probably a bad idea to have it on as it gives away your position, but that's my reasoning for that being the case.
What Each Barrel Does
You might be wondering before we get in to this what each barrel attachment actually does. Here's what they do:

Muzzle Break:
  • First shot muzzle climb reduced by 45%.
  • Centering time reduced by 45%.

Flash Hider:
  • Muzzle climb reduced by 37.5%.
  • Centering time reduced by 30%.
  • Horizontal recoil reduced by 5%.
  • Muzzle flash is taken away when firing.

Compensator:
  • Horizontal recoil reduced by 17.5%.

Silencer:
  • Muzzle flash, bullet tacers and bullet smoke all removed when firing.
  • Noise of each bullet is significantly reduced but is still audible. This can be helpful as people might struggle to tell which gun is being fired when a silencer is equipped.
  • Damage per bullet reduced by 15%

Extended Barrel:
  • Damage over a range >25m is increased by 15%

Overall, Flash Hider is the most useful muzzle. If you struggle with recoil, however, I would recommend using Muzzle Break.
Grips
For grips, I tend to swap between them a lot.

Vertical is good for if you like to stay at range and fight like that OR if you tend to struggle a little bit with controlling recoil.

Angled is good for if you are good at controlling recoil OR if you have quite an aggressive play style and need to faster ADS time.

Angled is also good for using on weapons that have little to no recoil (such as Vigil's K1A).
The reason I swap a lot is because I feel like the faster ADS time isn't very helpful since I am always ADS'd and even though I can control the recoil, the less recoil is more helpful for longer range combat.

The faster ADS time for more advanced players might be more helpful, but the less recoil at range can also be very useful. I will only be putting Angled grip on weapons that I feel like benefit from it the most, however if you think Angled should be used on a weapon that I don't use it on, feel free to change. It's all about personal preference with grips and how well you can control each weapon with an Angled Grip on it.

Personally, I use Angled Grip on everybody that I can.

Added a new section for Sens! I haven't quite added every gun to every op as quite a lot of people got a third secondary weapon, I will work on it but the screenshots most likely won't be updated to show this, just the description!

I really want to test Holo B on more guns, I never realised just how amazing it is, I've not had a huge chance to play much Siege yet but I'm excited to try it out!

I fully retook all screenshots and also added a new section for the new operator, Azami. I should say I haven't fully tested all sights, as expected, so don't take it as these sights are the absolute best, I've just shared what I like so far! Let me know what sights you prefer!
