How to do?

The easiest way to get a unique (modder) color is to select it in the gang color section. For this, you need to create your own gang, on the social club website, select the gang section and create your own gang. Then in the color selection section (it is IMPORTANT to select a color precisely by its ID and not look for it yourself). Here is a list of unique colors available.

Well, then just select the gang color in the tuning section.

The color in picture #3 is referred to in-game as Wine Red.
You can make it with any dark metallic color such as black or steel gray, combined with a bright shade of red as a pearlescent color. Doing so this way is much cheaper than outright buying the Wine Red color, assuming that you don't buy the most expensive shades of the 2 colors.
Also, using Wine Red as a primary color, and choosing a pearlescent, will make the Wine Red appear as a black color, rather than black and red.
