while at first glance, tracks are not important for your winrate, they do very much play a role in it. Without tracks, your movement becomes quite limited and you get easily caught in a hole, making it easier for you opponent. at the same time, that limited movement means you might be required to make more skillful shots, which you realistically can't perform consistently on low to mid level.
Yes, you stated clearly what damage had wind included, my critique was on you saying 100 as lowest number for both weapons when it's already considered good damage for deity, which, on even terrain, outperforms god rays. Those numbers you mentioned are simply way too high.
As for the skill distributions, the only concern that was put into it was raising the win rate so track was non-essential, it did not raise the average damage or HP (which are the two biggest differences), realistically anyone below level 51 is wasting their time getting godrays.
as for the damage, it is stated quite clearly which is with and without wind, deity is more than large enough to bag multiple players with and both weapons perform much better without wind (since wind causes the affected area to grow larger with drift), its not hard to get 150 on god rays without wind, deity in conditions similar to that needed for acid hail can go far above 200 with a few crits too.
Begging for god rays was a huge issue when kyle changed the achievement and it's still ongoing, hence the restrictions for asking.
Shoccer isn't played as often as you make it out to be, most play either 4.08 or 1v1 in various modes
Your percentages for winning are utopical, especially for lower levels since the skill gap alone is massive, not to mention the difference in weapons
Your skill distribution contradicts what most high level players are saying: track, gun/chassis, luck
The damage you told for gr/deity is ridiculously hard to achieve in a real match for various reasons. getting 100 with deity (wind) is considered good damage.
I'm sorry if this sounds accusatory or something, but max comment size quite stunted my original comment
