Antimatter Power Plant

Description
Updated for 07-Sep-2021 update

Experimental and advanced prototype power plant. Supplied power is used to control the amount of power that can be produced within the sphere, more power grants higher output. This power isn't supplied dirctly to the grid but instead stored in internal batteries ready to be used when needed to reduce wastage.

Spire building, -10 dome comfort to offset potential of building.
Regular maintenance is required but upgrades can reduce build up and cost.
Has shifts to help manage power. Building lights up when active, darkens when inactive.
Locked behind Atomic Accumulator research.

Cost
Concrete 240,
Metal 120,
Electronics 60,
Rare Metals 60.

Initial maiontenance 6 Metal
Initially requires 3 water to cool system
3 Upgrades are available, focused on reducing maintenance build up and cost and water requirements.

This was originally going to be part of a "Spire set" with the Cybernetic and Mechanicale Trees, but as this doesn't really have the same theme I chose to split them individually and ultimately left this. I've given a high maintenance build up and penalty to dome comfort to help make this fairly balanced.

The design i was going for is like you see in typical sci-fi programs/films, giant reaction contained in a "shield" which contains the radiation and extremem heat. (You know, the ones that always lose the shield and end up exploding...)
That's why it can only produce power when power is supplied, need to make the shield or containment before the reaction can work.

instead of comfort decrease it should be a health decrease because in real life antimatter/matter annialation reactions produce massive amounts of energy and a LOT of radiation.

looks cool can't wait to try it out soon
