you can actually mount a game that is [ probably ] on source engine like black mesa i used to mount it on gmod by editing gmod's config file to mount it on but since raising the bar is just a mod i'm not sure about that

Gonzo has said that if you want to do something like reupload RTBR models or modify them, you need to add him, but you need to put a reason for the adding. You can also join RTBR's official discord server and find Kralich/David on the server to ask can you reupload the models. To access the discord server you meed to go to Raising The Bar Redux's YouTube channel and checking the description of a video from their channel.
