My go-to is usually this:
-final -ldr -StaticPropLighting -StaticPropPolys -textureshadows
However, iirc, gm_construct supports HDR tonemapping, so just replace -ldr with -both and see if that works for you.
Don't forget to build cubemaps.
Will also increase cubemap count and clip some of the stairs since original construct has horrendous stairs
