Just for reference, this is not and has never been true (not even in 2020 when the guide was written). The only thing that tames pips is if your dupes groom them repeatedly. The same is true of all critters except Pacu (which are tamed by eating from Fish Feeders). It is perfectly safe to relocate wild Pips by wrangling them and using Critter Drop-Offs, so long as they are never put into a Ranch where they'll be groomed.
Infront of the great hall or infront of the washing room. So all dupes go threw it every cycle. If i have enough place, also place a recreation room in the same place.
