Slow Time Ring

Adds a ring that slows time down to a 100th of the normal rate allowing you to effortlessly outrun, dodge, and even catch arrows. Some other slow time mods are based off of the slow time shout and therefore have ugly blue visuals; this one is based off the archery slow time perk so it doesn't.

Due to technical difficulties, I was unable to update the original mod page so I had to reupload it.

Previously the ring could only be obtained through the console but it can now be found in two locations:
-On a table to the left of the innkeeper's counter in the Bannered Mare in Whiterun.
Console "coc WhiterunBanneredMare" to get there quicker.
-At the (center) bottom of a small pond outside Clearspring Tarn. Should be up a hill.
Console "coc ClearspringTarnExterior01" to get there quicker.

In order to adapt the tutorial to our current situation:

For the remainder of the steps just substitute monarch for Slow Time Ring.


The ring can be disenchanted and the enchantment reapplied to any normally enchantable non-weapon item (including shields).

KNOWN BUGS:
-Sometimes when executing killmoves, the slow time effect will end but the player speed effect will persist, resulting in an extremely fast character.
Fix: Install a mod that removes killmoves such as David Sid's mod : https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=134341793&searchtext=killmove

Future Updates:
-Find a way to temporarily disable kill moves while the ring is equipped and then implement it.
