Hello good sir/lady,

So, you have been playing BG3 for a while now and you thinking about joining a regiment to play organised line-battles and tournament games. there is quite a few out there some North American some European, some big some small. You are met with a choice about what clan to join but in reality there is only one real choice infront of you and that is to join 42Cdo, a clan with a great heritage and even better members.

42Commando
2010-2013
Four-Two Gaming began as a Battlegrounds 2 clan called 42 Commando and had the tags |42Cdo|.
During its prime(2011-2012) 42Cdo was one of the most popular and biggest clans in Battlegrounds 2 and had at most around 60 active members.
42Cdo eventually went inactive mid 2013 due to many moving on to Napoleonic Wars and the lack of updates for Battlegrounds 2.
There still exist various videos on 42Cdo uploaded by former members and randomers.

TRM
2012-2012
During the launch of Napoleonic Wars members in FTG created the TRM regiment while others left and joined the Royal Scots regiment.
The TRM regiment was in a union with TRR(which also started as a Bg2 clan) and shared the same server with them.
Due to inactivty from the leaders in TRM it eventually went inactive towards the end of 2012.

FTG Regiment
2013-2015
A few months after the end of 42Cdo a couple of members started the FTG regiment in Napoleonic Wars.
The regiment had its own server and hosted events briefly in Bear Force 2 which became one of the reasons the development of that mod continued.
The FTG regiments activty spiked now and then up towards 30 active members.
FTG joined a brigade with another regiment named 53rd and later on they merged with FTG.
Eventually towards the end of 2015 many members had become tired of NW so it was decided that the regiment ended.
We decided to wait until Bannerlord came out.(More like "We have released a new gameplay video simulator 2016")
There also exists various videos on this regiment on different channels

42nd
2015-2016
The 42nd was a clan much like 42Cdo and played Battlegrounds 2.
Many former members rejoined to take part in this clan so its was mainly for nostalgia.
Sadly the state of Bg2 had not improved since our time as 42Cdo so this clan was shortlived.

5teFKI
2012-Ongoing
After the end of the FTG Regiment some of us still merc'd for the 5teFKI
The 5teFKI are still somewhat our buddies and we used to share Discord server with them.

2017-2017
The 4e was a NW regiment which put the FTG members and 5teFKI members together as one regiment.
Orginally the plan was that we were gonna go into Holdfast like that regiment.
Due to request of the members the regiments were split up again and will instead work under a brigade.
Its unknown what the brigade would have been called since it never got further.

2019-Now
42Cdo was reformed when BG3 came out. Many former members rejoined the ranks side by side with many new comers. We are active in the game to this day and continue to create new memories with the new and old members.

A "great heritage" of initially being the main provider of annoying squealing kids with clantags in bg2. ;)

That was back then, though, and while recruitment of child soldiers continues, 42Cdo can generally be coommended and recommended for being a large, active group with a rather mature (by internet standards) and laid-back attitude within bg3.
