* Added flag marshals around the track. These are static models. Animated will be added later.


Oran Park LIDAR. Version 0.430

* Updated track lines to be correct as of 2008 and smoothed curves on some.
* Remapped grass and dirt
* Fixed start light placement
* Reduced brightness of various walls and other white objects around track
* Removed XXXX building and pit lane gantries.

* Updated to correct curbs colours
* Updated rubbish bins
* Added many new building to the Kart Center. Not much else to do there except fine tune some things
* Adjusted and added new 3D fencing.
* Fixed gaps in track mesh
* Corrected Lat and Long settings.
* Removed unwanted dds files and gmt files.

Next Version:

* Smooth and finish off track edge lines
* Add more trees and remove unwanted shadows and marks on spec maps
* Update area around the old Grand stand.

* Corrected some tree heights
* Adjusted curb heights at T10 and T11
* Colour corrected SPEC map a bit.
* Changed a few sponsor names to be correct for 2007-8
* Changed wall near Kart track to green
* Updated a few of the harsher curbs.

* Correct sponsors for the 2008 year. These are T1 place holders. Correct shaders in the near future.
* Started work around the grand stands and control tower to make it as close as possible to the real thing
* Fixed issues with sand traps

Oran Park LIDAR: Version 0.390

Hey everyone. Lots of updates.

* Added a huge outer terrain, 6 km radius.
* Added hundreds of trees and treewalls to the horizon
* Updated the SPEC map for the inner and outer terrain.
* Added new buildings to the pits area and outer spectator area (toilet blocks etc)

Future Updates;

* Fine tune images and tree placements
* Add more buildings and correct ground around them
* Add new terrain and gravel around grand stands and control tower.
* Map the pit area roads as best I can

Issues:

* Long loading time due to map / mesh size of terrain
* Some road stripes missing.....I know :)
* AI is good with slower cars like the Formula Vee, faster cars have some confusion at times (Porsche)
* AI sometimes crash on pit entrance at end of race.


Oran Park LIDAR. Version 0.351

* This is a conversion of the original rFactor track, made in 2008

* All objects and most textures are used except for those that RF2 require.

* This is an initial conversion, and there is still a LOT of work to do.

* AIW file will need work. Th garages etc are correct, but the race line etc need updating.


FUTURE UPDATES

* The next lot of updates will include an extended terrain area

* Parts of the track will be replaced by updated LIDAR mesh

* Pit area and building will be overhauled.

* Control Tower overhauled.

* Kart Center will work in future versions as will the other 2 versions, the South Circuit, and the North Circuit



Due to my wife having a serious illness, I will do as much as time allows.
