Description

Our survivors find themselves in NC. Some of the hickest, backwards, walmart attending zombies they have ever encountered. This map is a mashup of a campaign called Country Roads by President George Bush, a tie in map from Field of the Dead by Skodhippie, and a Silent Hill finale by ????. . The finale was broken and had many issues but is a load of fun because it involves UFO's. It is my intention that this campaign become a precursor to "Mobstadium 2012". That series of maps - mobstadium, return of the jockies, etc, - remain some of my favorites to this day. Now you actually have a map where you are abducted and taken to space. I had a blast fixing the finale. I added my own skymap, etc.. BTW - Country Roads has been around for quite awhile. Just never had a fully functioning finale and wasn't on gamemaps anymore if it ever was. Enjoy.

Am I missing something? Where is "Mobstadium 2012" campaign from Timelord? I only find flapjack's mobstadium 2012 which we play as L4D2 characters, not L4d1 like when we were abducted.

Sinner the double tanks protect the flying saucer asset. Just hired body guards with anger issues :) He He.

Those playing on Realism Expert with extreme high Tank HP: this is not for you, or you will need a lot of luck just to get through the double Tank spawn preventing rescue

탱크좀 자주나오는 일반맵. 탱크가 억까할만큼 나오지도 않고 딱 적당히 어렵게 나와줘서 괜찮은맵.

The campaign concept-wise is really cool and the alien invasion vibes are really nice, and as North Carolinian this is really cool and the detail spot on in certain areas. However this campaign has some problems, mainly in the ridiculous and at times cheap difficulty spikes. For example in the final level when holding out to the escape vehicle it instantly drops TWO tanks on you with no to time to breath, and with cars being everywhere it is quite easy to get you and your whole team insta-killed by a tank.

As cool and atmospheric the campaign can also be, it also has some issues with the main one being it takes place entirely at night with very few light sources outside of your own flashlight making certain horde fights unnecessarily difficult.

Overall this campaign is pretty good, but I recommend you be prepared to do a lot of difficult fights otherwise you are going to have a bad time.
