Monument conversion of Hi me is noobs's CityMall Growable High Density Modular Mall Assets, this one being the central portion of the mall itself. These were created long before the advent of Ploppable RICO and the original author opted to make these into growables so that they can offer jobs. The only problem with this decision though is tyhat these assets tend to grow randomly and often not even connected to each other. I remedied that by converting these into monuments and with the aid of Ploppable RICO Revisited can just assign jobs for each section so they still offer jobs but no longer haphazardly grow randomly. This section of the modular Mall features Red Ribbon Bakeshop and Chowking.
