At last the final iteration is complete! Full rules and info below:

Hello everyone! Here is a fully playable snooker game! No longer must you play peasant games like pool!

Ball Point Values:
red: 1
yellow: 2
green: 3
brown: 4
blue: 5
pink: 6
black: 7

Basic Penalties:
White cue ball hit off table / in pocket: next player can put white ball anywhere on left side of white line, and gets a predetermined number of points (10 or 5, up to you)
Wrong ball hit / hit in: return table to original state, end player's turn, and award the number of points the ball is worth to the opponent
No balls hit at all: predetermined number of points to opponent

Rules:
Every turn, you must hit in a red ball PRIOR to attempting any other color ball. You may ONLY hit in a non-red ball on the SAME turn as hitting a red ball in, on the shot IMMEDIATELY after hitting in the red ball. All colored balls that are hit in at any time are reset to their original positions, red balls are NOT EVER returned. Once ALL red balls have been hit in, then the colored balls are hit in in ascending order. First yellow, then green, then so on. If the wrong ball is ever hit in, return it to its starting position. If the correct ball is hit in, its out of the game. Continue until all the colored balls have been hit in. At this point, the player with the most points wins.
