The network anarchy includes the network tiling function. Can you repair and delete the necessary project network tiling?

Fine Road AnarchyをONにしてご記載のとおりにするとうまくいきました。お忙しい中教えていただきありがとうございました。

Prop & Tree Anarchyの機能だけで実現すると思っていました…
それぞれのMODの機能をもっと勉強しないといけないと感じました。

AnarchyをONにしただけではオレンジ色になって設置できません。ALT+Cを使って、AnarchyのCollision（衝突）判定をオフにすることで設置が可能です。

初歩的な質問で恐縮ですが伺います。
このプロップを道路脇のちょうど良い位置に設置するには、prop & tree anarchyの他に別のmodが必要でしょうか？
公開されている動画を拝見すると、道路の上（端の方）に直接ガードレールを設置されているようにお見受けするのですが、当方で試した際、anarchyをonにしていても道路の上には設置できないままです。
別の場所に設置してからmove it!で道路の上に移動させるのは可能ですが、動画のような設置方法を志向しているため、ご教示いただけますと幸いです。

What's particularly JP about this? I'm not saying these aren't in Japan, rather I'm saying this is worldwide Guardrail Network.
The core principle of metal rail 2 bulge design with round stumps most common, or in some cases rectangle/tringular stumps to hold up the guardrail with yellow indicator signs is standard around the world. Great work. In regards to left/right hand traffic questions below, just draw the rail in the other direction. It's just a matter of having it angle in or out.
