In order to prevent too many high-level cities, this mod adds more food needed to upgrade cities.
Level 6: 12 Food Consumption Distribution.
lvl7, 22; lvl8, 34; lvl9, 46; lvl10, 62.

Also, some additional attributes have also been added to the advanced city to make the upgrading more logical.
25% more Commerce since the city's level is 3 and it will be increased during the levels up.
200 Peasantry abs and 2 Food abs since the city's level is 4.
10% more Campaign Movement Range since the city's level is 6.
1 more place of Governor and 1 more Assignment limit since the city's level is 8.

The mod also enhances Cao Cao faction's special building (replacement faction-wide) and Liu Bei faction's one (less corruption province-wide) for making both of them more useful.

Schools now also have a special "cultural" income: lvl1, 50; lvl2, 80; lvl3, 120; lvl4, 170; lvl5, 250.
Kong Rong's school would earn more: lvl4, 250; lvl5, 350.

The Temple of Confucius (in Pengcheng, besides Tai Mountain): 30 progression han empire; 10 satisfaction faction-wide; 5 public order faction-wide.
