HL2 Beta styled HLA Explosive Barrel

Description
I edited a hla explosive barrel to look like the one from hl2 beta.


I tried to edit the model to have Fake PBR.

This doesn't have a warning label like how the beta barrel had.


I made the textures on 4/18/2020
