Half Life 2 RTB Combine NPCS

Description
Adds some RTB styled Combine Soldiers to the NPC spawnmenu. Full credit to The_Funktasm on Gamebanana for making these great models, I just created NPCS for them.

Updated! now includes an NPC for the green "pilot" soldier

Also includes a bonus Elite Metrocop NPC, using the actual model from the leak!
