Good Level but 2 things you should change: 1. The characters and black & white backgrounds don't change depending on what part of the song is plying. 2. The people fighting aren't in black & white either

Strangely enough, I once had a thought about a simple bad apple stage like this in smash (although I didn't actually consider making it myself for rivals) so I'm glad to see someone else had the same idea and made it themselves - I especially appreciate the silhouette of Elly in the background, as a nice shout-out to the original and something to add a little more to the stage without ruining its simplicity. I personally would have chosen to dedicate one of the music slots to the original PC-98 song, but it's not like I can't change it for myself. Other than that, the only other pointer I have is that some of the songs have a really long pause at the end of them that really shouldn't be there...

I really like the concept behind this stage, that is, fighting inside a music video instead of an actual location. Bad Apple as a song is immensely popular, so much so that a lot of people know about it and not Touhou.

It's a popular song that gives the series' lore relatively more justice than say, something like Ran Ran Ruu. (While cool that it's Ronald's victory theme, that alone doesn't give him enough warrant to get into the Touhou modpack haha~) The abstractness and simplicity of Bad Apple also lends itself well to be meshed into multiple different creative formats.

To the artstyle itself, it's aesthetic reminds me of "Limbo" from MUGEN.

I'm hoping to replicate the silhouettes in that stage to create a buddy that makes a "Bad Apple Mode". One where the player characters can flash black and white alongside this stage.
