Makes the circus that appeared in Mission 5 available for free games.The military facility in the same mission will come again.

It will be installed in a strange place with a new map.

Verry nice, needs Logs. No icon appears next to Hotel.

@YGR537 - FYI, the UI icon is missing. On my computer, I get the purple square (in place of missing icon) in the Industry menu. Otherwise the mod seems fine.

This building is classified as an industry. Please use the mod that can install the industry.
