Scaveola: 12 missions

Videx: 12 missions

Khepra: 11 missions

Rho: 5 missions

Captix: 6 boss missions

Xerxetes: 5 missions from the Heretek DLC

Tiresus: 7 secret missions (press SPACE in the ship menu to access them)

PS: the order or the missions seems to be irrelevant, but completing the final mission from Scaveola o Videx last will change the ending. Not completing any of their questlines will result in a neutral ending.

Huh, I've gotten different rewards in my playthrough (IE: I got Battle Servitors from Khepra & Castellans from Scaveola), altough the missions/difficulty/enemies seem to be the same.
Wonder if it's random between "tiers" of units.

Confused about getting the Scaevola/Videx endings.

I beat the final Scaevola mission, but got the neutral ending instead. I'm 100% sure it was the last one from Scaevola, it's where you actually go and plunder the library of Mhelob.

I've beaten the final Videx mission before, and got his ending. Do I have to do all of both of their missions, but only the final mission from one of them to get the ending?

i'm not sure, but try to prioritize missions that are in the sectors where you have not fought the boss yet (even if they are more difficult), and they will pop up eventually.

what triggers the boss missions? I'm at 45 awakening, 34 missions done, 1 boss map completed, 2 avaialble boss maps available and regular final mission, meaning 2 boss missions are not available yet, are they gated behind awakening?

@Silito13 You press SPACE at the mission screen and there's a secret quest-giver. He has 7 quests for you, I think, and they unlock as you progress through the game.
