BUILDS FOR ALL PERK DECKS DSOD VIABLE 2020. ALL THE BUILDS WERE TESTED IN GAME AND DO WORK WITH EVEN TRASH TEAMMATES WHO DON'T GIVE A ♥♥♥♥ ABOUT THEIR TEAM AT ALL

NOTE! We are going to present versions of different builds as well as some borrowed from other guides, all setups which were not created by us are going to be credited, to the original authors

• Reworked CC Build by Semper Invicta, rebuildt Mastermind (FF Basic), resigned from DH aced (stupid mistake lol) 7.07.2020

• Added an alternative version for Crook. People don't seem to like our glass cannon builds made for killing, so there's a link to PD2 builder with a survivability-focused build.

First off the list is Crew Chief, the guy you want on your team if you more or less want to be a tank, perk is mostly concentrated on damage reduction, health and stamina boosts for you and your team. Do not rush with this build, it will make you visit custody as if you were having 0/9 perk deck..

Thanks to Teto, I made some changes in order to improve the overall build. I still insist on taking Maxed out jokers and Optical Illusions. Feel free to remove both if you disagree..

NOTE! Do not rush for objectives, stick to cover, don't go for very long objectives, it will result in you dying unless there's someone to cover you, be sure to use your flashbang grenades to temporarily stun longer parts where you want to run

Reason not to pick silencers for Muscle is that it fully neglects the ability to spread panic across enemies

Armorer is undoubtedly one of the great perk decks in the entire game. With enough experience in playing it, you can solo heists with ease. Despite that, it does not mean that armore is an easy deck.
Somewhat similar to anarchist, it takes much practice to git gud on it, but with ICTV you're able to tank one shot from ZEAL swat, take cover and repeat process. Well that's much of a simplification,
but if you take a look at solo runs of striler or Nash you can truly see the full potential of this deck.

Rogue is another perk deck off the list and here it gets well.. weird to say the least. It might be viable but that is solely dependant on few factors, biggest one of them being RNG, or else, if your 70% dodge will do its job and accually work. Moreover, be sure to have bullseye basic at least and hostage taker for hp regen. I want to provide you with a somewhat decent build, which you can try to use but I don't personally recommend rogue at all, there are better substitutes to it.
One thing is for certain, it is NOT the greatest dodge perk in game..
Nonetheless, it is great to brute-force all in game heists..

Commonly considered as one of the worst deck in the game, the Gambler perk deck is forgotten and turned away. It is a bit of a weird deck, it heals you and gives ammo to your team off of picking up ammo. A weird deck needs an equally weird build. For Gambler to work, you need to be able to always pick up ammo, and the way to abuse that is to use ammo inefficient weapons. And since I chose inefficient weapons, I went with some really strong ones.

It might sound silly but it's accually playable, it requires a lot of patience and this build somewhat of accuracy, but I guarantee it's not useless crap and with a team of players it's usable on DS.

Anarchist is by far one of the top perks in this game, focused on doing insane kill numbers while also surviving stuff, its only weak poin are snipers, which you will find out as soon as you test it yourself.

WITH THIS BUILD YOU CAN MAKE 350 KILLS IN 5 MINUTES WITH 3 MATES IN CUSTODY.

• Throwable: Concussion Grenade.
• Equipment: Ammo Bag.
• Melee: Pretty much anything with 30 concealment.
• Perk Deck: Obviously, anarchist, aka analfist/autist/onanist/antichirst.

Skills:

• We get 1 slave so that our armor can tank 1 zeal heavy and 1 sniper shot without breaking.
• I also didn't take medic bags and inspire because reasons.
• We take fully upgraded ammo bags and Fully Loaded Aced to have a good self-sustainability.
• Underdog Basic for some sweet breakpoints.
• Die Hard Basic so that we don't risk as much while doing objectives.
• Bullseye needs no explanation, its a common skill for Anarchist.
• Hardware Expert so that we, again, don't risk as much while doing objectives.
• Other than that, this tree needs no explanation, its a common stuff for Akimbo Krinkovs.
This tree is where the fun begins.
• We take Duck And Cover Basic since its mandatory skill for pretty much every build in this game. Though I didn't take Parkour Basic since its useless in this build.
• We take Low Blow and Unseen Strike so that we can melt pretty much every unit in this game in less than a second, yes, even Minigun Dozers with their 48k HP.
• Silencer skills so that these little AKs don't kick like a mule. Pretty much a common stuff.
• I took One Handed Talent Basic because it helps reaching a Zeal Light and Shield breakpoints with our secondary and kill them in 1 shot.
• Nine Lives since its OD oriented build, nothing special.

If you die with ICTV LMG FAK stoic on ds you should probably consider uninstalling this game for the greater good
Seriously, stoic is op ♥♥♥♥ that shall be nerfed as it's just too powerfull to use, I consider it slightly worse than Kingpin tho as for the DOT problem without flask, with faks you can reach like 1000+ dot and not get a new flask real quick which might be a problem, but that's just a terrible scenario that might happen

This is your typical META Stoic build. If you want to turn DS into a total joke - learn how to play ICTV Stoic and you're done.
Personally I find Body Expertise aced to be a waste of points, but I keep dropping frames a lot in this game, so I'm kinda forced to use it. If you don't struggle with aiming, feel free to remove the aced version or BE in general and put those points elsewhere.

Tag team technically can be used solo, as you can tag your converts, but it is very nice to have at least one guy in your team as well who can kill stuff for you while being tagged :P

Last but not least on the list we have the Hacker. If you have a lot of luck in the game and like to be a killing machine and run around while not getting damage (unless you have typical PD player luck), it is a great dodge based build, only thing you should remember is to keep your dodge at high% with the pocket ecm kills so you don't get ♥♥♥♥♥♥ by the enemies due to your dodge dropping drastically!
