Barbaric Despoiler Slaving Despots

Description
Changes the weights of Slaving Despots and Hegemonic Imperialists so that Barbaric Despoiler guarantees the former, rather than the latter.

By default Barbaric Despoiler adds +1000 weight to the Hegemonic Imperialists AI personalities. I figured that it was a better fit for the Slaving Despots AI, so all this mod does is switch the relevant weight addition to Slaving Despots. You can read more about the AI personality weights on the AI Personalities wiki page.

Should be compatible with most other mods, as long as they do not modify Slaving Despots or Hegemonic Imperialists in any way. If this breaks in future versions or you find any bugs let me know and I'll try and fix it.

There's a popular mod that reduces the weight of Hegemonics, because they are far too common in vanilla... Any chance you can incorporate a similar effect into your mod, as it will almost certainly not be compatible with the other mod...
