How to wear your hood off in Major Cities, Havana, Nassau, and Kingston. (DOESN'T WORK IN RESTRICTED AREAS)

How To Do It (DOESN'T WORK IN RESTRICTED AREAS)

When you go to one of the major cities, you enter an instance where Edward will wear his hood.

To bypass this (ONLY OUTSIDE OF RESTRICTED AREAS), go back to the Jackdaw and go into the Captain's Cabin.



(NOTE: Your hood will be on in the Captain's Cabin before you leave.)

When you leave the Captain's Cabin, Edward will not have his hood on because of spawning on the deck of the Jackdaw.



Now your hood will be off and you can roam the city without a hood for screenshot and roleplay (for those that do that) purposes. (UNLESS YOU GO INTO A RESTRICTED AREA)

@Eloung Boarding an enemy ship is considered a restricted area (since its an enemy ship) so there ain't any way to take off the hood in that scenario besides wearing an outfit that doesn't have a hood on it (the shark/whale hunter outfits for example).

or you can just get back on your ship and then get off of it.

just get the templar outfit it does not have a hood its pretty funny in a few cutscene's

HOW, might i ask, do you get on your ship from havana?
