Foreword
The thesis of this guide is to judge dealer Tomomo(Casual). When we talk about the dealer, coop mode is a must. The judgment will depend on how much dealer Momo can do than other characters. But if you ask me, "Are you saying momo is ♥♥♥♥?" or "Are you saying dealer is ♥♥♥♥?" Well, maybe we can talk about that in another guide. The short answer is NO! Neither of them is bad. But if you put them together, you have created someone can do a little bit of this, and a little bit of that, but really, that one can do nothing.
Chapter one - The Dealer
First, let's look at her cards.

hp 4, -1, +0, +1, with REG 5. Before Norma 3, Casual Momo has no attack, no defense and if she gets down, REG 5 will slow her of getting up.

: What are you talking about? Doesn't the dealer's job just grab cards and give them away?

: I am saying that when you have no skills which can cooperate with the dealer class, anyone else can do the dealer job like you do.

: Why you are picking on me? At least, I have +3 ATK when I transform to sweet eater!

: Calm down, darling. You are saying that you can attack as well. Well? Let's talk about this +3 ATK now.

Conclusion 1: Momo dealer can not do better dealer job than the others.
Chapter 2 - As attacker
: Look at it. What is that card in front of your eyes? That, mate, is power!

: Right...

hp 6, +3, +0, +0, with REG 9. Dealer with Norma 3 gives you +1 hp. That gives you the final data of hp 7, 3, 0, 0, Reg 9. It looks nice, but as a "attacker" (dealer), +3 ATK is not outstanding.

Let's take a look at another class who call themself Attacker:

Norma
1
2
3
4
5
Effect
+1 REC
+1 ATK
-- --
+1 ATK
-- --

When norma 4, all attackers will have additional +2 ATK. This means, if one picks a character with +1 ATK with attacker class, she will have +3 ATK at norma 4. So how many +1 characters are there? Well, quite a lot.

For example:

: WTF. Why seagull is here?

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

And our OJ main characters:

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Of course, the commonly used Attackers:

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

: I have a stable +3 ATK as well! ( ✿>◡❛)

: Oh, dear. We are talking about attacker class here, not you avengers. However, a good point tho.

: Dare you guys picking on me! Fake points! Fake news!

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Conclusion 2: Momo dealer with +3 ATK is not outstanding as well.

And, my picking on Momo job is not done yet.
Chapter 3 - Speed of Progress
: I took this card out again.

: What are you going to say now?

In the last chapter I talked about ATK. Now it's time to talk about another important factor to "attackers", which is recovery time. What does REC 9 mean to her? In fact, the CD rate of support's skill is 8 chapters. But Momo needs 9 chapters to get up when the RNG does a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ job.

: For instance, if the support safe an attacker seagull by her skills, Momo may not get up when the support's skill is ready again.

: Why seagull again?!

:

: The support can pick me up with stars anyway. d(`・∀・)b

: If you double check all the characters from the last chapter, and +1 REC to all of them. Attacker class ability Does any of them have a REC greater than 6? NO, they don't! But when support pick someone up by stars, each recover roll requires 3 stars. It is such a waste to pick an "attacker" with 3 ATK by almost double the cost.

: But I have 6 hp. SIX! (メ ゚皿゚)メ Does any of them have? Does that stupid bird have 6 hp? (╯‵□′)╯︵┴─┴

: No, they don't. But, what attackers do in coop is, they hit, they down, they up, then repeat. Attackers don't care much about hp as avengers do. Because you will often in a situation like this.

As you may notice, the players in the above situations are at a defender position. attack last This carries out another important factor for attackers, which is "first mover advantage".

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

: Am I a loser who has no job, stay at home, and eat ice cream all day?

: Yes, you are! ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

: NO! As I mentioned in the foreword. Tomomo (Sweet Eater) is not a loser. In fact, she is very strong.
Tomomo (Sweet eater) has +3 ATK which is the highest. If used with attacker class then she will have +5 ATK. Which is not difficult to get +8 ATK with three "Red & Blue", or +9 ATK with "Beyond Hell". Plus, the attacker's amazing ability makes her always go first against the boss. Thus, the attacker always deals some damage no matter if she goes down in the battle.

: But I still have long REC. With attacker's +1 REC, I will have 10 REC.

: Trust your teammate, darling. There will always be a support who saves you.

: Don't you just said I am not worth to save? ╮(╯_╰)╭

: Well, things change fast. As a support, saving someone with the same ATK but the double price is not worthy, especially with teams who are short of stars. However, it is obvious a guaranteed damage attacker Momo will be saved no matter what, cause she can do much more for the team.

: Right. I knew I am the best! ( ~ 'ω')~
Extra - To DEV or To EVD ?
: Seems like this chapter is not about me.

: YES and NO. In fact, this is the last question of every OJ player. To defend or to evade? That is a question!

There is a simple method for this question. A method that can save your life with the greatest chance in most situations.

In this method, three values are needed:
  • Your current hp
  • Your current DEF
  • Your current EVD

That's right, no need to know opponent's roll.

And here is the formula:
  • When hp ≥ EVD - DEF, choose defence
  • When hp < EVD - DEF, choose evade

As shown above, EVD - DEF = 3, hp = 2. In this case, Suguri has the best chance of surviving by choosing to evade. I am not going to prove it in this guide. If you are interested, do the math by yourself.

In fact, the DEF or EVD question is not that simple, because there are many other different situations. Such as, always evade when opponent roll a 1, or always evade when you have 1 hp. Also, like the one shown above, when you have a shield. Since it is a huge topic that can not clearly be explained in one chapter. I may talk about it another time.
Postscript
This guide is ended here. If you read here, thank you for your time. At the very end of this guide, I am going to talk more about myself and this guide.

The purpose of this guide is NOT to ban the dealer Tomomo combination. Actually, every different combination has its own fun part, for those players who can find it. Just like that saying, "There are no trash heroes, only rubbish players". As someone who plays OJ for less than a month, I really like this game and enjoy playing it. I mostly play Coop hyper & extreme. But when I play more and more, I can always find somebody, somebody who is nothing, but really believes he is something. Those players will choose a very complicated combination, and do nothing to the game because they lack basic knowledge of the game. Dealer Tomomo (Casual) is a typical combination this kind of player would like to pick. Another example would be the dealer 46B. This type of player loves to go around the map, avoid all combats and do nothing for the team. If being asked, they will be, "OMG, I don't wanna die. Life is priceless." I never write a single heart word in the game. like ♥♥♥♥♥ But these players need to know what they are doing, their act and happiness is on other one's pain. They need the will to learn the game. Therefore, this guide has born.

To those players who do not know the game well, I highly recommend you to avoid dealer class. Dealer is a powerful class that needs a lot of controls to play. It requires the player to have the will to give the right cards know the cards at the right time. know the skills All support and defender are good classes that can have fun while helping the team. Or attacker if you want to be a combat nerd. To that kind of dealers, you definitely have an lv10+ support. Right? Just use anyone with support. Because there is always nothing wrong with an lv10+ support in the team.

: Are you saying that I can be a good support?

: OH, ♥♥♥♥ OFF!

While I can agree just remember that dealer Tomomo Casual don't only do it to gain the hyper it is also to deal extra hypers as they give +1 Atk. I play Dealer Tomomo Casual sometimes when I'm chilling in Harou Extreme, I always give extra hypers to attacker teammates, I wouldn't use her in hyper levels though it just isn't worth it, better off using aru scrambled or nico. But I can say they aren't bad just the situation to use her is not many sadly. While Mei has a better gift card hers will affect characters like Kae who want low def and Red and Blue is generally harder to obtain.

So simple thing is she is good but only in like 3 situations.... oof for dealer Tomomo Casual.... Someday people will want you on the team as a dealer just not anytime soon...

I think there's a bigger problem that should be adressed and it's using casual tomomo in co-op at all, because she's always trash.
Thanks for coming to my TED talk
