Checklists to get different Ciri's fate endings (witcher, empress, dies)

Ciri becomes a Witcher

* During the Blood on the Battlefield quest, when Ciri won't be happy, tell her that you understand the burden she carry.

* Mandatory: Later in the same quest don't go with Ciri to emperor - instead go to Velen.

* In the Final Preparations quest convince Cirilla to go alone to the Lodge of Sorceress.

* The Child of the Elder Blood quest: let her unload her aggression.

* When you will be asked, go with Cirilla to Skjall grave.

Ciri's death

* During the Blood on the Battlefield quest, when Ciri won't be happy, tell her that she doesn't have to be good in everything.

* Later in the same quest go to the emperor and take the money.

* In the Final Preparations quest go with Cirilla to the Lodge of Sorceress.

* The Child of the Elder Blood quest: tell to calm the girl when she will start getting angry.

* Don't agree to visit Skjall grave when you will be asked to. Instead tell that time is of the essence.

Ciri becomes an empress

* During the Blood on the Battlefield quest, when Ciri won't be happy, tell her that you understand the burden she carry.

* Later in the same quest go to the emperor and refuse to take the reward

* In the Final Preparations quest convince Cirilla to go alone to the Lodge of Sorceress.

* The Child of the Elder Blood quest: let her unload her aggression.

* When you will be asked, go with Cirilla to Skjall grave.

You must complete side quests that will guarantee that Nilfgaard wins the war. Complete quests from second act: An Eye for an Eye, A Deadly Plot, Redania's Most Wanted.

In third act you must tell Dijkstra about Ciri in Blindingly Obvious quest. Then you will unlock the Reason of State quest. There you must ally yourself with Vernon Roche against Dijkstra.

I told Ciri she doesn't have to be good at everything, never went to the emperor at all (I simply skipped that quest for my own RP reasons of not wanting to associate Ciri with her father), Went with her to the lodge meeting, calmed her in Child Of The Elder Blood and went with her to visit Skjall but I got the Death ending. Im guessing because of having skipped the bit with the emperor?

I'm pretty sure Ciri becoming a Witcher vs Empress stems from whether or not You choose to go with her to meet the Emperor. If she goes alone, the Emperor will convince her to become an Empress. If you go with her, she becomes a Witcher.
On the other hand, Ciri dying vs surviving stems from how nice you are to her throughout the Campaign. If you are cold hearted and don't listen to any of her complaints, choices, etc. then she will die. If you are like a father to her, then she lives.

Lodge of sorceresses seem completly optional. I did all the checks for witcher ending but accompanied her to the lodge and it worked out fine

I didn't know there could be multiple endings to the game and got the bad ending thinking it was the only one. Now I have more to look forward to in NG+ I guess
