Description
Adds new "colour chaos" name set used by me with the Rubian Star Empire in multiplayer games. Feel free to also use if you want.

This version has been patched to support namelist sequence entry localisation (introduced with Stellaris 3.6). As a result, it is NOT compatible with Stellaris 3.5 or earlier.

Tested with Stellaris 3.6.1, which is the version number marked as supported, but it's probably compatible with newer versions as long as Paradox doesn't randomly break namelists again.
